If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Project Inflamed is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is designed to comply with South African consumer law.

• Defective Goods: Under the CPA, you may return defective goods within 6 months for a refund, repair, or replacement.
• Change-of-Mind: Items may be returned within 12 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
